★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou sem praticar o pilates há quase 2 anos, mas não vejo a hora de voltar. Sofria com inchaços e dores nos joelhos, lombar e cervical e Malu colocou meu corpo no lugar ?? O pilates me devolveu disposição e mobilidade.
I haven't practiced pilates for almost 2 years, but I can't wait to go back. I suffered from swelling and pain in the knees, lumbar and cervical and Malu put my body in place ?? Pilates gave me back disposition and mobility.

Já consigo também notar uma grande diferença desde que iniciei as aulas, não sinto mais as dores que sentia e melhorei muito a mobilidade. Apenas amando!!!
