I am that person who was always looking for relief from back pain and muscle pain, when I had the doctor's appointment for a treatment with a physiotherapist specialized in the ROLFING method, which after careful evaluation, a first session was the relief for that moment. A partir da recepção, sente-se a qualidade no atendimento e a preocupação com bem estar do cliente. Educação, gentileza e um excelente serviço prestado. O atendimento da profissional Taissa é realmente maravilhoso. Ela é alegre, atenciosa, muito gentil, acolhedora e educada. A gente se sente a vontade. O trabalho realizado é perfeito. A impressão que se sente é que chegamos carregando uns duzentos quilos nos ombros e saímos leves como plumas. O método era desconhecido para mim. No ano passado, em uma consulta médica, reclamei que certas dores que sentia (tensões diárias e das sequelas do meu problema de artrite) não melhoravam com os remédios. Aí fiquei sabendo desse novo método do Rolfing. Fui experimentar. Amei. Tanto que já voltei para revisão este ano. E pretendo manter sempre as revisões. Recomendo.
Full Vitta Pilates and Rolfing is a very beautiful, cozy space with excellent service. From the reception, you feel the quality of service and concern for the customer's well-being. Education, kindness and excellent service provided. The care of professional Taissa is really wonderful. She is cheerful, caring, very kind, warm and polite. We feel comfortable. The work done is perfect. The impression is that we arrived carrying a couple of hundred pounds on our shoulders and left as light as feathers. The method was unknown to me. Last year, at a doctor's appointment, I complained that certain pains I felt (daily tensions and the aftereffects of my arthritis problem) did not improve with the medicines. Then I learned about this new Rolfing method. I went to try it. Loved it. So much so that I have already returned for review this year. And I always want to keep revisions. I recommend.

A place that doesn't make you want to leave! Wonderful atmosphere, great location and facilities, attentive reception, Pilates with very well trained physiotherapists (especially Taissa and Tati). Depois de um diagnóstico de sacroileíte e bursite no quadril, fiquei em cima da cama por 20 dias e o pouco que conseguia andar era com o auxílio de muletas.
Através de Dr. Rafael de Carvalho , reumatologista, me indicou a fisioterapeuta Taíssa, fiz sessões de Rolfing e agora faço pilates para fortalecimento e retorno do tônus muscular.
Gratidão a todos os profissionais da Plena Vita, e em especial a Taíssa, que com toda dedicação e amorosidade me trouxe a alegria de volta.

After a diagnosis of sacroiliitis and hip bursitis, I stayed on the bed for 20 days and the little I could walk was with the help of crutches.
Through Dr. Rafael de Carvalho, a rheumatologist, he referred me to physiotherapist Taissa, I had Rolfing sessions and now I do Pilates to strengthen and restore muscle tone.
Gratitude to all the professionals at Plena Vita, and especially Taíssa, who with all her dedication and love brought my joy back.
