A pior experiência que ja tive, não souberam fazer as luzes no tom da cor do meu cabelo, o tempo todo a cabeleireira ficava colocando dificuldades nas coisas que eu pedia pra ela fazer. Escolhi o corte curto, que nao sei como a cabeleireira detonou meu cabelo, um cabelo ondulado, não sei como ela conseguiu deixar com aparência de crespo, não é atoa que não tem antes e depois do estabelecimento... Meu cabelo esta DETONADO...
Sem contar que cobraram um valor na hr de marcar e depois cobraram um preço absurdo no final de tudo... Não passo nem n frente mais.
My opinion? DON'T GO ... The worst experience I've ever had, they didn't know how to make the lights the color of my hair, all the time the hairdresser was putting difficulties on the things I asked her to do. I chose the short cut, which I do not know how the hairdresser detonated my hair, wavy hair, I do not know how she managed to make it look frizzy, no wonder she doesn’t have before and after the establishment ... My hair is DETONATED .. .
Not to mention that they charged an amount in the hr to score and then charged an absurd price at the end of everything ... I can't even move forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao usei esta empresa por que não consegui, me foi agendado um horário para sábado as 11:00hs da manhã, ao chegar com antecedência no local, fui muito mal recebida, não fui atendida, pois me foi dito que a profissional que iria me atender, havia passado mal, outra profissional que estava atendendo outra cliente pediu para a recepcionista ligar para uma outra profissional para atender a mim e a minha mãe, mas a rececionista do estabelecimento nem se mecheu, não mostrando nenhuma vontade de resolver nosso problema, e ficou olhando para a minha cara, como se eu tivesse obrigação de resolver o problema, enfim NAO RECOMENDO e nunca mais coloco meus pés neste estabelecimento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa nada profissional, agendei procedimento de pé e mão no inicio do mês para o Natal, quando estava a caminho a recepcionista me ligou avisando que a manicure passou mal e não conseguiria me atender, perguntei se outra pessoa podia me atender e ela disse que não tinha ninguém disponível, muita falta de profissionalismo e comprometimento com o cliente. Tudo bem a profissional passar mal e não conseguir ir, mas só existe ela no salão? Fui muito mal tratada e não volto mais nesse local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje , entrei no salão , a recepção foi horrível. Nem pra minha cara olharam, pelo contrário conforme eu entrei deram as costas pra mim. O salão é bonito, bem localizado, porém pra ser ruim falta muito , no requisito atendimento. Não entendem sobre clientes e como atrair . Sinceramente não recomendo aqui pra ninguém.
