★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência, na primeira compra que realizei, no dia se recusaram a me dar nota do produto comprado ou qualquer tipo de comprovante, sob alegação de que estavam sem sistema (caso realmente quisessem emitir, simplesmente poderiam ter pego meus dados, meu email e depois que o sistema voltasse me enviado por email), quando contestei sobre a nota para caso eu necessitasse utilizar a garantia do produto, fui surpreendido com a resposta da atendente informando que o produto que comprei era um acessório, que não tinha nenhum tipo de garantia, depois o cara gritou lá do fundo de que era 7 dias de garantia...rsrsrs...isso tudo com o CDC a amostra e na frente da cara da atendente, mas como já tinha passado o cartão de débito antes disso tudo, acabei deixando pra lá e fui embora pra ficar evitando mais estresse. Depois vi e o mesmo produto, de marca melhor e estava apenas R$6,00 mais caro na Americanas. Em resumo, loja de Shopping que tem comportamento de box da santa ifigênia, se quiser ter segurança e garantia, apesar de não termos muitas opções na cidade, procure outras lojas.
 Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience, on the first purchase I made, on the day they refused to give me a note of the product purchased or any type of proof, claiming that they were without a system (if they really wanted to issue it, they simply could have taken my data, my email and after the system returned by email), when I disputed the note in case I needed to use the product warranty, I was surprised by the response from the attendant stating that the product I bought was an accessory, which had none kind of guarantee, then the guy shouted from the bottom that it was 7 days guarantee ... lol ... all this with the CDC on the sample and in front of the attendant's face, but as he had already passed the debit card before of all this, I ended up letting go and left to avoid further stress. Then I saw the same product, with a better brand and it was only R $ 6.00 more expensive at Americanas. In summary, a shopping store that has the behavior of a box from santa ifigênia, if you want to have security and guarantee, although we don't have many options in the city, look for other stores.

Cheguei em casa usei umas 2 semanas e ele não reconhece mais as entradas de cabos... Não carrega... Quando carrega é com muita dificuldade.... Vou levar devolta para ver se o seguro arruma.
