Pratiquei varios exercicios que ao longo do tempo me beneficiaram muito.Infelizmente por motivos de tempo e horario de ambas tivemos que parar com muita tristeza.Ate hj sinto falta dos exercicios super eficientes. abs
I attended for more than a year, my friend and I...I have never seen a professional with such capacity and experience. I practiced several exercises that over time benefited me a lot. Unfortunately for reasons of time and schedule, we both had to stop with great sadness. Until now I miss the super efficient exercises. abs
