Marquei por duas vezes e tive experiências ruins, sempre agendo no almoço pois é o único horário que posso, em uma das vezes marquei pé e mão com duas profissionais e ao chegar uma delas não me atendeu pois tinha agendado uma esmaltação em Gel ( procedimento que sabemos que demora ) e atrasou o meu horário e a pior experiência foi hoje onde agendei pelo what’s app do salão (tenho tudo registrado) e ao chegar não tinha agendamento nenhum. Uma falta de respeito ao cliente, vou viajar amanhã e agora não fiz a minha unha devido a péssima organização do estabelecimento. Cuidado!!!!
I don't recommend it, especially if you really need the service !! I scored twice and had bad experiences, always working at lunch because it is the only time I can, one time I hand and foot with two professionals and when one of them did not answer me because I had scheduled a glaze in Gel (procedure that we know it takes a long time) and delayed my schedule and the worst experience today was where I booked by the salon's what's app (I have everything registered) and when I arrived I had no schedule. A lack of respect for the customer, I will travel tomorrow and now I have not done my nail due to poor organization of the establishment. Watch out!!!!
