Em dezembro levei o meu carro para uma suposta “vitrificação” que levaria de 6 meses a 1 ano para fazer manutenções, porém com apenas 3 meses o carro está cheio de manchas de fulligem, e sujeira e ao lavar simplesmente as manchas não saem. Tentei contato com o Silas mas o mesmo se nega a chegar a um acordo e quer que eu faça uma nova manutenção com apenas 3 meses. Me sinto lesada e enganada. E procurarei os meus direitos pela propaganda enganosa. Fujam desse local!
Worst service ever! In December I took my car for a supposed “vitrification” that would take from 6 months to 1 year to do maintenance, but with only 3 months the car is full of stains from fulligem, and dirt and when washing simply the stains don't come out. I tried to contact Silas but he refuses to reach an agreement and wants me to do a new maintenance with only 3 months. I feel cheated and cheated. And I will seek my rights for false advertising. Run away from this place!
