★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cortei meu cabelo há umas 2 semanas com a Luciana (acredito que seja a dona do estabelecimento) e ela cortou uma mecha enorme no meu cabelo que é comprido. Fiquei com uma mecha pontuda e bem curta na parte de trás. Retornei ao local no dia seguinte e ela simplesmente negou que tenha sido ela, sendo que poderia ter feito sem querer até aí tudo bem mas não reconhecer o erro foi muito angustiante pra mim. A única coisa diferente que fiz foi ter cortado com ela já que houve a insinuação de eu mesma ter cortado rs. Fiquei muito chateada e não recebi UM retorno dela. Agora estou fazendo um tratamento caro para crescer cabelo que eu não precisaria fazer. Então deixo esse comentário pq erros acontecem, agora não assumir e deixar a cliente a ver navios não é legal.
I got my hair cut about 2 weeks ago with Luciana (I believe she is the owner of the establishment) and she cut a huge lock of my long hair. I got a very short, pointy lock in the back. I returned to the place the next day and she simply denied that it was her, and she could have done it by accident, so far so good, but not recognizing the mistake was very distressing for me. The only different thing I did was to cut it with her since there was an insinuation that I cut it myself lol. I was very upset and didn't get ONE response from her. Now I'm doing an expensive hair growth treatment that I wouldn't need to do. So I leave this comment because mistakes happen, now not assuming and letting the client see ships is not cool.
