★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na vdd estou acostumada a comprar nessa loja...comprava com a vendedora Janaína e com o André e sempre fui bem atendida. A Janaína hj está gerenciando uma loja ( graças a Deus) mérito dela. E o André não se encontrava na loja. Pois bem, ganhei uma sandália do meu filho de aniversário e fui loja trocar e fui muito mal atendida. Então se vc for comprar te carregam no colo, como era pra trocar sou mal atendida? Como assim? E detalhe, fui atendida pelo gerente. Já trabalhei na Empresa e sei bem como o cliente que quer fazer uma troca é atendido. Mas já fiz grandes vendas com uma troca. Amanhã irei voltar a loja com a troca escondida, aí a confusão vai está armada. PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO!!!!!!!
At vdd I am used to buying at this store ... I bought with saleswoman Janaína and André and I was always well attended. Janaína hj is managing a store (thank God) that she deserves. And André was not at the store. Well, I got a sandal for my son's birthday and I went to the store to change and I was very poorly attended. So if u buy it carry you on your lap, how was it to exchange am i poorly attended to? As well? And detail, I was attended to by the manager. I have already worked at the Company and I know well how the customer who wants to make an exchange is served. But I've already made big sales with an exchange. Tomorrow I will return to the store with the hidden exchange, then the confusion will be armed. TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE!!!!!!!

Outra vez foi muito mal atendida pela uma funcionária muito mal educada,quando for assim fica em casa. Quando é o fim do ano ficam igual formigas atrás da gente, ñ foi só uma ñ foram dois. Vcs tem que escolher melhores seus funcionários. Obrigado
