Pessimo atendimento, total falta de responsabilidade e comprometimento pelo aplicatico do ifood, alem do telefone nao funcionar eles prometem um horario e chegam quase 1h30 depois, ja é a segunda vez que faço meu pedido e a entrega estoura o prazo em 1h30, na primeira vez confirmaram q meu pedido estava em produção, liguei la 3 vezes e so na ultima vez quando eu falei nervosa que me falaram que meu pedido nao estava em produção, e quando chegou veio errado ainda, uma porcaria, PESSIMo
Bad service, total lack of responsibility and commitment by the ifood application, in addition to the phone not working they promise a time and arrive almost 1h30 later, it is the second time I place my order and delivery times out at 1h30, the first time confirmed that my order was in production, I called it 3 times and only the last time when I said nervous that they told me that my order was not in production, and when it came wrong still, crap, PESSIMo

Sou natural de Brasília, e lá quando íamos consumir os sanduíches, se pedissemos mais salada os funcionários colocavam e isso faz com que a gente volte e fique satisfeito, mas fui nesse subway no novo shopping, me decepcionei pela quantidade miserável de salada que colocaram, infelizmente n consumo mais no local. Super decepcionada.
I'm from Brasília, and there when we went to eat the sandwiches, if we asked for more salad the employees would put it on and that makes us come back and be satisfied, but I went on that subway in the new mall, I was disappointed by the miserable amount of salad they put, unfortunately no more consumption on site. Super disappointed.

Eu fui até a loja da subway do novo shopping no dia 10 de agosto e NÃO tinha um produto que gostaria de consumir, mais a atendente Dany foi muito prestativa com meu lanche de frango com creme cheese, atendimento excepcional e o operador caixa Lukian foi super atencioso e educado. Amei o atendimento, voltarei a loja não apenas pelos lanches mais principalmente pelo atendimento deles. Amei o atendimento dos funcionários Dany e Lukian.
I went to the subway store at the new mall on August 10th and I didn't have a product I would like to consume, but the attendant Dany was very helpful with my chicken snack with cream cheese, exceptional service and cashier Lukian was super considerate and polite. I loved the service, I will return to the store not only for the snacks but mainly for their service. I loved the service provided by Dany and Lukian employees.

NAO COMA NESTE RESTAURANTE, atendentes faltam com o respeito com o cliente. A promoção só existe se o "gerente" quer!!! Péssimo!
DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT, attendants lack respect for the customer. The promotion only exists if the "manager" wants it!!! Terrible!

Os funcionários param de atender os clientes antes das 21:30. E são mal educados. Não adianta a empresa investir em marketing se seus funcionários destroem a imagem da empresa.
Employees stop serving customers before 9:30 pm. And they are rude. It's no use for the company to invest in marketing if its employees destroy the company's image.
