Seguinte cheguei na loja principal para fazer uma reclamação de um produto: lixa de skate, que havia comprado a una semana atrás, o produto foi prometido para ter durabilidade, coisa que não aconteceu pois durou 3 dias e ja apresentava defeitos, que o mesmo dono da loja viue concordou, então falei o problema e perguntei se havia a possibilidade de trocar a lixa, o dono disse que não e começou a agir com deboche e aumentar o tom de voz comigo, perguntei "porque você esta falando assim comigo?" dessa forma, e o mesmo disse "você não aguenta comigo" e os funcionários disseram que agi com grosseria coisa que não aconteceu de forma alguma, e o segundo caso aconteceu na segunda loja da Sucata, onde eu e meu amigo vimos um tenis, e um dos funcionários tirou o tenis da minha mão sem nem dar explicação.

Next I arrived at the main store to make a complaint about a product: skate sandpaper, which I had bought a week ago, the product was promised to have durability, which did not happen because it lasted 3 days and already had defects, which the same owner Viee from the store agreed, so I said the problem and asked if there was a possibility of changing the sandpaper, the owner said no and began to act mockingly and raise his voice with me, I asked "why are you talking to me like that?" like that, and the same said "you can't take it with me" and the employees said that I acted rudely, something that didn't happen at all, and the second case happened in the second junk shop, where my friend and I saw a sneaker, and one of the employees took the sneaker out of my hand without even giving an explanation.
