★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi boa. Hoje estive lá e o atendimento, além de demorado, foi péssimo. Não tinham 3 produtos que fui procurar, sendo um deles uma simples agulha de crochê de bambu 2,5 cm. Vendedora com zero conhecimento de produto, não sabe linguagem artesanal (não sabia o que era tex do fio, não conhecia a lã Jade, não sabe sugerir um fio parecido com o Urbano). Fila quilométrica no caixa com só uma pessoa atendendo... Nem perguntei pelos outros produtos que iria precisar, tamanha má vontade da vendedora em atender. Infelizmente, tenho que partir para compras online.
It used to be good. I was there today and the service, in addition to being slow, was terrible. They didn't have 3 products that I went looking for, one of them being a simple 2.5 cm bamboo crochet hook. Saleswoman with zero knowledge of the product, doesn't know craft language (didn't know what yarn tex was, didn't know Jade wool, doesn't know how to suggest a yarn similar to Urbano). A long line at the cashier with only one person attending... I didn't even ask about the other products I would need, the saleswoman was so unwilling to answer. Unfortunately, I have to go online shopping.
