★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente opção. Perto da praia, limpo, tudo novo, com gramado, gostamos muito. Algumas coisas para melhorar, como sinal de TV e portões sem chave, mas no geral eh excelente.
Excellent choice. Close to the beach, clean, everything new, with lawn, we enjoyed it very much. Some things to improve, such as TV signal and keyless gates, but overall eh excellent.

Simple suite (that's what I was looking for), close to the trade and beach of Sahy (with access to boat to The Islands) and the beach of Baleia, very well received by the host (Graciano) I will certainly be returning in a next opportunity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cheguei a me hospedar. Havia feito a reserva para me hospedar em janeiro. Fechei pela booking ( por onde sempre reservo minhas hospedagens). O anúncio era muito claro: não requer pré pagamento e tem cancelamento gratuito até 14 dias antes da hospedagem. No entanto, logo após fazer a reserva, a propriedade me enviou um e-mail, pedindo o deposdep de 50% do valor, em até 3 dias. Sobre o cancelamento, disse que se fosse gratuito até 14 dias antes da hospedagem, correria o risco de sair no prejuízo.
Entendo os proprietários, contudo, não façam propaganda enganosa!!!! Perderam a credibilidade, cancelei a reserva!
I didn't get to stay. I had made the reservation to stay in January. I closed by booking (where I always book my accommodations). The announcement was very clear: it does not require prepayment and has free cancellation up to 14 days before the stay. However, right after making the reservation, the property sent me an email, asking for the deposit of 50% of the value, within 3 days. Regarding the cancellation, he said that if it was free up to 14 days before the hosting, he would run the risk of leaving the loss.
I understand the owners, however, do not make false advertising !!!! They lost their credibility, I canceled the reservation!
