★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita falta de comunicação entre os vendedores comprei uma chuteira para presente , o número não deu e tive que troca liguei perguntando se tinha outra da mesma cor e cm número maior falou que sim ,,quando falei que seria a respeito de uma troca pediu meu numero e pediu que mandaci foto assim eu fiz depois de muito tempo pra retornar falou que não tinha mais o numero que eu queria.. por telefone falou uma coisa e Depois já vem cm outros papos e ainda cm deboche de min alegando que eu estaria errado e eu tive que fica cm um produto que não vai servir não recomendo essa era minha quarta compra.

Hoje definitivamente foi a última vez que adquiro produtos lá O óculos de natação que comprei há quinze dias atrás não era para adulto e sim infantil. Não percebi e quando meu filho de 12 anos foi colocar estourou de tão pequeno. Hoje tentei trocar a peça e o péssimo vendedor se recusou a trocar, dizendo que o óculos era perfeito p meu filho. Insisti e pedi p meu filho relatar a ele que a peça estourou de fato na hora devido ao tamanho inadequado. O vendedor riu de mim e disse que não trocaria o óculos que não era verdade o que eu estava falando. Péssimo atendimento. Perdi 70 reais devido a incompetência dos serviços prestados por este lugar.
I always bought sporting goods from this store for my son and I was well attended. Today was definitely the last time I buy products there. The swimming goggles I bought a fortnight ago were not for adults but for children. I didn't notice and when my 12-year-old son went to put it on, it was so small. Today I tried to exchange the part and the terrible salesman refused to exchange it, saying that the glasses were perfect for my son. I insisted and asked my son to report to him that the piece actually burst right away due to the inappropriate size. The salesman laughed at me and said he wouldn't change the glasses which was not true what I was talking about. Terrible attendance. I lost 70 reais due to the incompetence of the services provided by this place.
