★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagamos e nao temos internet. Td momento cai e quando volta fica lenta. Atendimento via whatsapp nem se fala,quando começamos a reclamar logo saem e falam q o sistema esta indisponivel.
We pay and we don't have internet. Every moment falls and when it comes back it is slow. Service via whatsapp is not even spoken, when we start to complain soon they leave and say that the system is unavailable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cinceramente, é uma internet muito boa, porém alguns técnicos são muito ignorantes,eu praticamente fui obrigada a trazer os equipamentos na loja, porque um dos técnicos se recusou a buscar, só porque era Massambará.
O técnico ainda falou que não iria buscar,nem ele e nem os outros técnicos,e que eu ainda teria que pagar $500 reais se não levasse os aparelhos na loja,que o problema era meu.
Estou desapontada.
Honestly, it's a very good internet, but some technicians are very ignorant, I was practically forced to bring the equipment to the store, because one of the technicians refused to pick it up, just because it was Massambará.
The technician also said that he would not go to pick it up, neither he nor the other technicians, and that I would still have to pay $500 reais if I didn't take the devices to the store, that was my problem.
I'm disappointed.
