★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente, são atenciosos e o serviço é top, raramente cai a Internet de alta velocidade em 4 meses caiu 2 vezes somente e foi resolvido rapidamente, o sistema de cobrança e muito bom sem embaraço é não cortam 9s serviços se você atrasar uns dias na data dos pagamentos. Muito satisfeito.
Excellent, they are attentive and the service is top, the high speed Internet rarely goes down in 4 months it only dropped twice and was quickly resolved, the billing system is very good without embarrassment and they do not cut services if you delay a few days on the date payments. Very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por Whatsapp fico horas no aguardo de alguém, serviço mal feito ontem fizeram manutenção na caixa de fibra da minha rua afim de " melhorar " o sinal de todos mas só conseguiram me deixar sem internet a tarde e a noite toda só eu sem, ensinei a eles que pra um trabalho bem feito deveriam ir na casa de cada cliente desta caixa e conferir a conexão. Obs: só não cancelo pois não tenho outra opção na área
