★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peguei um produto cujo preço estava marcado logo abaixo do mesmo na prateleira, chegando no caixa o preço estava diferente e ao questionar isso, uma funcionária alegou que era porque aquele preço era de outro produto com o mesmo nome, porém, só o que eu queria era mais caro, qualquer outro era o preço da etiqueta (o produto que eu queria era exatamente o mesmo da etiqueta de preço, a loja estava me roubando descaradamente ao não especificar uma etiqueta de valor mais caro para aquele único produto de mesma marca e nome dos outros que eram mais baratos). Me senti extremamente explorada!!!
I picked up a product whose price was marked right below it on the shelf, arriving at the checkout the price was different and when questioning this, an employee claimed that it was because that price was for another product with the same name, however, just what I wanted it was more expensive, anything else was the price of the tag (the product I wanted was exactly the same as the price tag, the store was blatantly robbing me by not specifying a more expensive value tag for that single product with the same brand and name from others that were cheaper). I felt extremely explored!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de comprar essa máscara e quando abri ela estava quebrada na tampa e vocês perceberam isso e colocaram fita adesiva. Que falta de respeito para com o cliente. Vocês não querem arcar com o prejuízo do produto danificado e joga a bucha para quem compra? Como vou fechar o produto depois de usar? Além dessa palhaçada dá para ver que tem duas etiquetas no produto e uma indicando promoção, na nota vemos que a mais cara foi aplicada, sendo que isso viola o código do consumidor que diz que o preço mais baixo apresentado DEVE ser cobrado no caixa.
I just bought this mask and when I opened it it was broken on the lid and you guys noticed that and put duct tape. How disrespectful to the customer. You don't want to pay for the damage of the damaged product and throw the bush to those who buy? How will I close the product after using it? In addition to this joke, you can see that there are two labels on the product and one indicating promotion, in the note we see that the most expensive was applied, and this violates the consumer code that says that the lowest price presented MUST be charged at the cashier.
