O serviço no geral é ótimo por conta das manicures, mas uma das vezes que fui a manicure borrou meu esmalte e eu voltei no outro dia pra arrumar e o dono do salão disse que deveria pagar o retoque sendo que quem errou foi uma das manicures!!!! Ele pediu pra uma das funcionárias me cobrar pq ele próprio não foi honesto suficiente pra negociar comigo.
Manicures are great only the salon owner who is bad character! The service in general is great because of the manicures, but one of the times I went to the manicure it smeared my nail polish and I came back the other day to clean it up and the salon owner said I should pay for the touch-up since it was one of the manicures who made a mistake! !!! He asked one of the employees to charge me because he himself was not honest enough to negotiate with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salão estabelecido no local a bastante tempo, profissionais capacitados atenciosos, manicures são muito boas, cabeleireiros idem. Pena que não usam kit de manicure lacrado para cada cliente individualmente, lixas são utilizadas em várias clientes e alicates são retirados de gavetas junto a vários outros, todos misturados, nunca vi usarem o esterilizador, que pelo grande movimento deveria ser usado constantemente.
Salon established on site for a long time, attentive trained professionals, manicures are very good, hairdressers ditto. Too bad they don't use a sealed manicure kit for each client individually, files are used on several clients and pliers are removed from drawers along with several others, all mixed together, I've never seen them use the sterilizer, which due to the great movement should be used constantly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcou com uma profissional, qdo cheguei outra atendeu, era as 13 cheguei 12:30 era as 17 estava secando cabelo, muito demorado, falta de administrar o tempo, fiquei mais de 2 horas com descolorante no cabelo que agora tá uma borracha , acabou com meu cabelo. Espero que possa arrumar meu cabelo.
