★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pós venda dessa loja é horrível, produtos vendidos por catálogo e quando chega nada tem a ver com o produto, e não devolvem o dinheiro como é direito assegurado pelo PROCON.Leiam todas as críticas no facebook antes de realizar compras nessa loja e no Reclame aqui, não dão nenhuma assistência ao cliente.
After sales of this store is horrible, products sold by catalog and when it arrives has nothing to do with the product, and they do not return the money as is assured by PROCON. Read all the reviews on facebook before making purchases in that store and in the Claim here , do not give any assistance to the customer.

Me garantiram um prazo que não cumpriram, os móveis chegaram com mais de 1 mês de atraso, e ainda uma das peças veio errada, sem uma alteração que a loja me garantiu que seria feita. Outra veio lascada. Não recomendo, a não ser que queira ter dor de cabeça.
Unfortunately, bad experience. I was guaranteed a deadline that did not meet, the furniture arrived more than 1 month late, and yet one of the pieces came wrong, without a change that the store assured me would be made. Another came chipped. I don't recommend it, unless you want to have a headache.

Péssimo pós venda!
Compramos poltronas com medidas especiais e pagamos pelas alterações.
O prazo de entrega foi descumprindo (alegaram que o atraso era devido a pandemia), ao chegarem, as poltronas apresentavam medidas maiores, solicitei que fossem trocadas no dia 2 de julho. Eles enrolaram para vir medir e após um senhor vir e constatar que as medidas estavam erradas, por email fui informada que o prazo era até 15 de agosto.
30 de setembro após o prazo ter sido adiado diversas vezes, recebi um email do senhor Marco (que por telefone me trata com muita ironia e desdém) me pedindo para devolver os produtos ou aguardar 60 dias corridos para receber (por telefone mencionou que o prazo pode não ser cumprido devido ao final de ano).
Perguntei se seria possível me devolverem o dinheiro pago pelas medidas especiais e eles disseram que a loja não devolve dinheiro, apenas recolhe o produto ( é um estabelecimento comercial e não posso ficar sem poltronas).
Concordei em aguardar.
7 de Outubro recebi um email do Senhor Marco, informando que as medidas que a vendedora me passou seriam impossíveis e aceitar as condições de medida do fabricante é minha opção já que eles não devolvem o valor pago e não podem fazer na medida que PAGUEI para receber.
Prezados, me sinto muito mal por saber que comprei em uma loja que prefere manter um cliente insatisfeito, mesmo que não seja possível para eles fazerem na medida que comprei, eles se recusaram a devolver o dinheiro e preferem recolher as poltronas usadas por 4 meses para queima de estoque.
Desejo boa sorte para quem precisar deles no pós venda! Estão cientes deste imbróglio via email os senhores Leoni, Marco, Ilan, Michel, Djanete e Marcela.
Hoje 08 de outubro aguardo as poltronas de medida surpresa, serem entregues no dia surpresa!

Bad after-sale!
We buy seats with special measures and pay for the changes.
The delivery period was not complying (they claimed that the delay was due to a pandemic), when they arrived, the seats presented larger measures, I requested that they be changed on the 2nd of July. They rolled up to come and measure and after a man came and found that the measurements were wrong, by email I was informed that the deadline was August 15th.
September 30, after the deadline has been postponed several times, I received an email from Mr. Marco (who over the phone treats me with great irony and disdain) asking me to return the products or wait 60 calendar days to receive (by phone he mentioned that the deadline may not be fulfilled due to the end of the year).
I asked if it would be possible to return the money paid for the special measures and they said that the store does not return money, only collects the product (it is a commercial establishment and I cannot run out of seats).
I agreed to wait.
October 7, I received an email from Mr. Marco, informing me that the measures that the seller gave me would be impossible and accepting the measurement conditions of the manufacturer is my option since they do not return the amount paid and cannot do it as I PAID to receive it .
Dear, I feel very bad to know that I bought in a store that prefers to keep a dissatisfied customer, even if it is not possible for them to do as I bought, they refused to return the money and prefer to collect the seats used for 4 months to clearance sale.
I wish good luck to those who need them after sales! Leoni, Marco, Ilan, Michel, Djanete and Marcela are aware of this imbroglio via email.
Today, October 8th, I am waiting for the surprise seats to be delivered on the surprise day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resumo: Vendedora de qualidade questionável e venda errada de produtos que não existem na loja. Em 09/12/2020 realizei uma compra na SunHouse Concept. Fui atendido pela vendedora Valéria que me vendeu um Rack, escolhido por mim na loja e 3 banquetas, pagos à vista, promessa para entrega em 2 dias. Fui informado no dia seguinte que as banquetas vendidas não estavam em estoque, e que se eu quisesse pronta-entrega deveria pagar mais R$150,00 cada uma, neguei e o dinheiro foi devolvido. Em 11/12/2020 meu rack chegou em casa e durante a instalação percebi que não era o móvel que escolhi na loja. Tive que ir até o local e fui novamente informado do erro da vendedora e mais uma vez tive que solicitar o dinheiro de volta e a retirada do rack errado, que foi realizado prontamente pela gerente Aline.
Nunca mais compro na loja e não indico.

I was attended by the saleswoman Valéria who sold me a Rack, chosen by me in the store and 3 stools, paid in cash, promise for delivery in 2 days. I was informed the next day that the stools sold were not in stock, and that if I wanted prompt delivery I should pay another R $ 150.00 each, I denied it and the money was returned. On 12/11/2020 my rack arrived at home and during the installation I realized that it was not the furniture I chose in the store. I had to go to the place and I was again informed of the salesperson's error and once again I had to request the money back and the removal of the wrong rack, which was promptly carried out by the manager Aline.
I never buy at the store again and I don't recommend it.

Comprei um conjunto de poltrona e pufe Charles Eames por R$ 4.070,00 e paguei outros R$ 2.000,00 para o serviço de tapeçaria, visto que o único conjunto que a loja tinha à pronta-entrega era no couro sintético branco e eu queria couro natural preto. A proprietária, Suzete, me garantiu que o tapeceiro deles era maravilhoso e ia receber os móveis perfeitos antes do Natal! Pois bem, os recebi antes do Natal, porém COMPLETAMENTE mal feitos! Couro sobrando em inúmeros lugares, faltando em outros, a poltrona estava completamente desconfigurada! Após o período de celebrações eu solicitei reparo à loja. Eles retiraram a poltrona e disseram que ia demorar 10 dias. Na realidade eles entregaram 30 dias depois (e isso porque insisti muito!) com MAIS DEFEITOS AINDA! A justificativa do tapeceiro deles é que a poltrona só ficaria bonitinha se fosse no couro sintético, no couro natural ela fica deformada mesmo. RIR PARA NÃO CHORAR!
Para piorar ainda mais a situação o diretor geral da empresa, Ilan, se recusa à devolver o meu dinheiro! Ainda disse que estou tentando tirar proveito da situação. Logo eu, né?
DON'T BUY AT SUN HOUSE! I BUY AND REPENT!
I bought a set of Charles Eames ottoman and ottoman for R $ 4,070.00 and paid another R $ 2,000.00 for the tapestry service, since the only set that the store had for immediate delivery was in white synthetic leather and I wanted to black natural leather. The owner, Suzete, assured me that their tapestry was wonderful and she was going to receive the perfect furniture before Christmas! Well, I received them before Christmas, but COMPLETELY badly done! Leather left in countless places, lacking in others, the armchair was completely out of shape! After the celebration period, I asked the store for repairs. They removed the chair and said it would take 10 days. In reality they delivered 30 days later (and that's because I insisted a lot!) With MORE DEFECTS YET! The justification for their upholstery is that the armchair would only look cute if it was in synthetic leather, in natural leather it is really deformed. LAUGH NOT TO CRY!
To make matters worse, the company's general director, Ilan, refuses to return my money! I still said that I am trying to take advantage of the situation. Soon me, right?

I bought an office chair from Sun House. The representative who attend to me was friendly with high energy, he showed me two big stores in Rua Teodoro Sampaio. In the second store we found a discounted leather desk chair. I sat down, tested and it felt comfortable. The energy of the representative made me feel good about the decision and we closed the deal the same day.
I broke the arm of the chair in less then 3 months.
I went back to the store with the receipt and the broken arm rest thinking that they were not going to be able to help. It turned out to be the opposite the administration checked the receipt and we crossed path with the owner. Told us not to worry he was going to care of it and they were going to send a technician to fix the arm rest.
A week later the technician was in our home office and fixing the arm rest.The technician was polite and fixed the arm rest. Marcos.
I forgot to tell them about an issue with the wheels. Note when its discounted section its for reason.
They honored the insurance and the technician is an expert. Also the owner ‘s word gave us a sense of reflief the they where going to fix. A great choice to buy your furniture.
