★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um óculos rayban e quando usei pela primeira vez percebi um pequeno arranhado na lente, voltei até a loja e me disseram que provavelmente eu mesmo deveria ter danificado a lente. Bom, se eu mesmo tivesse cometido isso, não iria até a loja para tentar trocar o produto. Comprei o óculos que estava em exposição, não foi me passado um produto lacrado. Espero o bom senso dessa loja em resolver o ocorrido.
I bought rayban glasses and when I used it for the first time I noticed a small scratch on the lens, I went back to the store and was told that I probably should have damaged the lens myself. Well, if I had done that myself, I wouldn't go to the store to try to change the product. I bought the glasses that were on display, I was not given a sealed product. I hope the good sense of this store in resolving what happened.
