De todas as lojas de roupas do BH shopping a ZAK é a que tem os vendedores mais preparados, com um conhecimento sobre vestuário que realmente impressiona, além de serem cordiais e atenciosos. As roupas em sua maioria são de excelente qualidade e variedade chegando a ganhar de outras marcas mais “famosinhas”.
Pela terceira vez vou em todas as grandes lojas de roupa do shopping e pela terceira vez chego à conclusão de que é a melhor loja de roupas do BH shopping.
E se eles por acaso não tiverem o produto que vc proucura ( o que é raro) eles te indicam onde ir sem problema algum.
Estão de parabéns!
 Impeccable service. Of all the clothing stores in BH shopping, ZAK has the most prepared sellers, with a knowledge of clothing that really impresses, in addition to being friendly and attentive. Most of the clothes are of excellent quality and variety, winning over other more “famous” brands.
For the third time I go to all the major clothing stores in the mall and for the third time I come to the conclusion that it is the best clothing store in BH mall.
And if they don't happen to have the product you're looking for (which is rare) they'll show you where to go without any problem.
They are to be congratulated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja hoje dia 19/11/2019 por volta das 19 hs para trocar uma bermuda que ganhei de presente e ficou apertada. Fui informado pelo vendedor e pelo gerente que como a bermuda foi comprada na loja do shopping Boulevard, que é a única loja franqueada, não seria possível trocar. Lamentável uma rede que preza tanto pela qualidade e atendimento transferir para o cliente problemas que não são dele. Recomendo mudar o nome da loja do Boulevard então para Zak Franquias. Aí ja saimos de la sabendo onde o produto pode ser trocado.
I was in the store today 19/11/2019 around 19 pm to change a shorts I got as a gift and was tight. I was informed by the salesman and the manager that since the shorts were bought at the Boulevard shopping store, which is the only franchised store, it would not be possible to change. Unfortunate a network that values both quality and service transfer to the customer problems that are not his. I recommend renaming the Boulevard store then to Zak Franchises. Then we left there knowing where the product can be exchanged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Vendedora despreparada, insinuando que não sabia me vestir, somente porque gostaria de montar um terno completo e a loja nao tinha opção com colete para mim. Segundo a vendedora, somente noivos usam colete. É deplorável a preparação do atendimento. E não foi a única vez que tive problemas. Havia comprado um terno há uns anos, que necessitava de reforma por ter se descosturado. Contudo, quando retornei para buscá-lo, o vendedor me trouxe outro terno, dizendo ser o meu. Informei que era outro modelo, mostrando na vitrine qual era o correto. Ele riu e me respondeu com essas palavras: "mas este é um super 120", como se eu não pudesse possuir um. Tive que chamar o gerente, que finalmente trouxe o meu terno e resolveu meu problema. Não entro mais na loja e nem recomendo.
Lousy service. Saleswoman unprepared, implying that she did not know how to dress me, just because I wanted to put on a full suit and the store had no option with a vest for me. According to the saleswoman, only grooms wear a vest. The preparation of care is deplorable. And it was not the only time I had problems. He had bought a suit a few years ago, which needed a makeover because he had slipped away. However, when I returned to pick him up, the salesman brought me another suit, claiming to be mine. I told him it was another model, showing in the showcase which was the correct one. He laughed and answered me with these words: "but this is a super 120," as if I could not own one. I had to call the manager, who finally brought my suit and solved my problem. I do not go into the store anymore and I do not even recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é excelente e os produtos certamente de qualidade mas fiquei decepcionada com o ajuste. Primeiramente marquei um horário para buscar a peça a ser ajustada e esse horário não foi cumprido, desde o primeiro momento deixei claro que só efetuaria a compra se o ajuste pudesse ser entregue a tempo. Cheguei uma hora após o horário marcado e a peça não estava pronta, não podia esperar nenhum minuto e tive que pedir para meu namorado buscar mais tarde, o que também foi um transtorno para ele pois tinha uma reunião no trabalho. O ajuste também não ficou bem feito, as mangas estão literalmente descosturadas, e o ajuste da peça também não caiu bem como me foi prometido. Reitero que o atendimento foi excelente, mas como de costume no comércio com a pressa para vender os vendedores costumam nos empurrar "Gatos por lebres". Não deixaria de comprar na loja mas certamente nao confiaria no conserto do local novamente.
The service is excellent and certainly quality products but was disappointed with the setting. First I set a time to get the piece to be adjusted and this time was not met, from the first moment I made clear that would only make the purchase if the adjustment could be delivered on time. I arrived an hour after the scheduled time and the piece was not ready, could not wait a minute and had to ask my boyfriend to pick up later, which was also a inconvenience for him because he had a meeting at work. The fit didn't work well either, the sleeves are literally untied, and the fit didn't fall well as promised. I reiterate that the service was excellent, but as usual in commerce with the rush to sell sellers usually push us "Cats for hares". I would still buy at the store but certainly not trust the local repair again.
