★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei um celular para consertar em 12/19, passou menos de 5 meses voltou a dar o mesmo problema, retornei nem solicitei a garantia isso em 01/05/20 levaram 11 dias para fazer o orçamento autorizei o serviço, depois de alguns contatos me informaram que levaria 20 dias no mínimo para consertar, (sendo que na anterior levou menos de 7 dias) quando passou os 20 dias tive a surpresa que não teria conserto, nesta data ainda estava desmontado, pediram para ir no dia seguinte, fui buscá-lo uma semana depois é para minha surpresa ainda estava desmontado. Fora o atendimento né, há devolveram o telefone com a lente da câmera trincada e faltando parafusos.
 I took a cell phone to fix it on 12/19, less than 5 months went by again, I had the same problem, I didn't even return the warranty. On 5/1/20 it took 11 days to make the budget, I authorized the service, after some contacts with me. they said it would take a minimum of 20 days to repair, (the previous one took less than 7 days) when the 20 days passed I was surprised that it would not be repaired, on this date it was still dismantled, they asked to go the next day, I went to pick it up it a week later is to my surprise it was still dismantled. Apart from the service, you know, there was a return of the phone with the camera lens cracked and missing screws.
