Venho através deste, relatar a negativa experência obtida com o atendimento de um escritório de vocês. Hoje, Segunda-feira, dia 11/10/2021, fui atendido de maneira presencialmente não profissional e não justificável. No escritório comercial, localizado no Bairro Durval de Barros, Av. Mal. Hermes, N° 719, loja 01, uma funcionária deste escritório cujo nome e cargo não é de meu conhecimento, realizou-me esse respectivo atendimento não profissional. Seu escritório possui uma carga horária de funcionamento de 10:00 às 19:00; primeiramente, foi-me passado que uma taxa no valor de R$ 05,00 seria cobrada em um pagamento com o cartão de débito, o que também não é justificável. Às exatas 18:30 da noite, fecharam-se as portas do mesmo, foi preciso chamar e bater na porta para receber atendimento. E então, a moça citada no começo, abriu a porta até a sua metade, e agachou-se para atender à mim, e um outro cliente.
Me questiono sériamente sobre os seus "valores" éticos e morais; quando em um atendimento, o seu funcionário se agacha no chão por descaso com o cliente, e preguiça de abrir uma simples porta.

I come through this, to report the negative experience obtained with the service of an office of yours. Today, Monday, 10/11/2021, I was assisted in a non-professional and non-justifiable way. In the commercial office, located in Bairro Durval de Barros, Av. Mal. Hermes, N° 719, store 01, an employee of this office, whose name and title is not of my knowledge, provided me with this respective non-professional service. Your office has a working hours of 10:00 am to 7:00 pm; first, I was told that a fee in the amount of R$05 would be charged on a debit card payment, which is also not justifiable. At exactly 18:30 at night, the doors were closed, it was necessary to call and knock on the door to receive assistance. And then, the girl mentioned at the beginning, opened the door halfway, and bent down to serve me, and another customer.
I seriously question myself about their ethical and moral "values"; when in a service, your employee squats on the floor out of disregard for the customer, and is too lazy to open a simple door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade do serviço de internet sempre foi médiana, sou cliente a mais de dois anos. O que é pior é o atendimento. Sempre demorado, whatsapp as vezes é um dia inteiro para resolver uma coisa simples. Fora que quando a internet fica fora do ar as atendentes não falam nada com nada. O financeiro só passa informação errada e umas negociações absurdas. Nem lêem o que a gente fala e mandam texto pronto copiado e colado. Terrível.
The quality of the internet service has always been average, I have been a customer for over two years. What's worse is the service. Always time-consuming, whatsapp sometimes takes a whole day to solve a simple thing. Not to mention that when the internet is down, the attendants don't say anything to anything. The financial only gives wrong information and absurd negotiations. Nor do they read what we say and send ready-made text copied and pasted. Terrible.

Já foi boa pq últimamente só passo raiva está tão ruim que não consigo fazer uma vídeo chamada ou enviar uma foto. Liga para falar com os técnicos não adianta muita coisa pq resolver só na hora depois voltar pior do que o que estava. Lamentável. Tem bons funcionários para atender o cliente porém não resolve o problema definitivo só monentanio.
I've been a customer for almost two years.
It used to be good because lately I just get angry it's so bad I can't make a video call or send a photo. Calling to talk to the technicians doesn't do much good, because it only takes time to resolve it later, worse than what it was. Unfortunate. It has good employees to serve the customer but it doesn't solve the definitive problem, only monentanio.

Não dão retorno, quando ligamos. Não conseguem resolver o problema na hora !
Pra cobrar a mensalidade antes do vencimento te mandam e-mail, mensagem no WhatsApp, até fax se possível! Mas pra te atender, ou resolver o seu problema, é impossível!
Se sua internet cair na sexta feira, pode ter certeza que ela irá voltar só na segunda feira! COM MUITO CUSTO, PORQUE ELES NÃO DÃO PLANTÃO NO FINAL DE SEMANA !
EMPRESA PÉSSIMA! Muito mal organizada, serviços péssimos, internet péssima!

They don't respond when we call. They can't solve the problem right away!
To collect the monthly fee before the due date, they send you an email, WhatsApp message, even fax if possible! But to meet you, or solve your problem, it's impossible!
If your internet goes down on Friday, you can be sure it will only come back on Monday! AT A LOT OF COST, BECAUSE THEY DON'T WORK ON THE WEEKEND!
TERRIBLE COMPANY! Very poorly organized, terrible services, terrible internet!
