Paguei mais de 100 reais em uma película de vidro, foi o maior frufru pra aplicar, ela caiu e quebrou no primeiro após cair da minha cama.... tirando isso, os funcionários são ótimos e atendem muito bem, são respeitosos e tentam ajudar onde podem, na minha opinião é o ponto forte e também o que salva a loja.

Fui até a loja, Super Celular no praia Shopping Botafogo. Procurava uma capa e uma película para o tablet da minha filha. O vendedor foi muito solícito e consegui comprar os dois produtos. Um lugar agradável e com muitas opções. Lembrem de usar máscara e álcool.

Levei para a loja para trocar dentro do prazo, o atendente verificou que o cabo não funcionava, mas disse que não poderia trocar imediatamente - somente devolveria após um período de análise de até 30 dias. Exigi a restituição do valor pago imediatamente, porque não posso ficar 30 dias sem meu celular. A loja se negou, falando que eu tinha que esperar esse período de análise. Um absurdo. Agora tive que comprar um carregador novo e ainda vou ter que voltar para exigir a restituição, que deveria ter sido imediata. Nunca mais compro aqui, existe outras lojas no shopping que fazem o mesmo serviço, pelo mesmo preço e resolvem qualquer situação imediatamente, como deveria ser.

I never buy here again, there are other stores in the mall that do the same service, for the same price and solve any situation immediately, as it should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma película da marca PRIME cod 000022 para o meu Apple Watch na loja SUPER CELULAR no Botafogo Praia Shopping, a loja fez a instalação no momento da compra e me informou que eu teria garantia de 3 meses no produto.
Retornei na loja poucos dias após a compra, pois a película ficou com bolhas e marcas, ao ser atendida na loja a vendedora me informou que a garantia não era com a loja e que eu deveria entrar em contato com o fabricante para relatar o problema e aguardar o retorno do fabricante sobre o envio ou não de uma nova película. Pedi para falar com a gerente e fui informada que a gerente não estava na loja.
Como consumidora me sinto enganada. Péssimo pós venda da loja em solucionar um problema que provavelmente nem é do fabricante e sim da instalação que a loja realizou, não concordo com a conduta da loja e não a recomento, não comprem nesta loja!
