★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento espetacular. Os vendedores são extremamente solícitos e gentis, todos com sorriso no rosto. Ou seja: há uma boa gerência. Uma raridade no Brasil! E a loja é uma gracinha. Tem elevador e você encontra famílias com carrinhos de bebês passeando pelos andares. O clima é de altíssimo astral, padrão classe A.
 Spectacular service. The vendors are extremely helpful and kind, all with a smile on their face. That is: there is good management. A rarity in Brazil! And the store is cute. There is a lift and you will find families with baby strollers along the floors. The climate is of the highest astral, standard class A.

I loved it, helpful collaborators and they are not on top of you, so I could choose the model with patience and I just asked the employee for the number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel negozio con le havaianas più originali di sempre. Ne ho comprati 2 paia per 90 Real (circa 20 €). Non dò 5 stelle perchè i commessi parlano solo potoghese.
Nice shop with the most original havaianas of all time. I bought 2 pairs for 90 Real (about 20 €). I do not give 5 stars because the shop assistants speak only potoguese.

Fui super bem atendida na loja do RIO SUL, e eu estava AO LADO da gerente quando ela ligou perguntando se tinha o que eu queria e pedindo para reservar em meu nome. SAI DE UM SHOPPING FUI PARA OUTRO em vão! TODOS os vendedores me atenderam super mal, NENHUM ao menos me pediu desculpa pelo ocorrido, ou tentou reverter a situação tentando procurar em outra loja… NUNCA MAIS HAVAIANAS DO BOTAFOGO PRAIA SHOPPING!
I put ONE star because there is no option to put ZERO! I was super well attended at the store in RIO SUL, and I was NEXT to the manager when she called asking if she had what I wanted and asking to book in my name. LEAVE A SHOPPING I went to another in vain! ALL the sellers treated me very poorly, NONE even apologized for what happened, or tried to reverse the situation by trying to look for another store… NEVER AGAIN HAVAIANAS DO BOTAFOGO PRAIA SHOPPING!
