The 0800 does not work, and by the way no other number is meant to be taken care of, there should be a shift on weekends.

Suporte zero.telefone niguem atende pra dar uma explicação.pessima mesmo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet mt ruim,a internet cai várias e várias vezes,ping fica em 80 nos jogos online,quando cai é uma demora pra voltar,a internet as vezes n tem ninguém usando além de mim e fica baixando em apenas 500kb/s sendo q a net é de 12 megas.
Internet very bad, the internet goes down over and over again, ping is 80 in online games, when it falls it is a delay to return, the internet sometimes there is no one using it but me and it is downloading in just 500kb / s being qa net is 12 megs.
