★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, quando o cliente solicita o tecnico eles pedem 24 hrs para a visita do técnico, mas o cliente aguarda 48 hrs ou mas tempo, a internet é pessima lenta e quando o cliente reclama eles apenas falam que vao configurar mas continua do mesmo jeito, estou sem internet desde de segunda feira hj é 10/06 quarta feira as 18:16 e ate agr nenhum técnico bateu na minha porta.Minha vizinha tbm usa esses serviços e tbm esta sem internet a 3 dias Eu nao recomendo para ninguem os serviços dessa empresa inclusive minha familia queria usar eu fui contra, pois ja estou é me desfazendo desses serviços, se estou pagando quero um serviço de qualidade, sem transtorno.
Bad service, when the customer requests the technician they ask for 24 hours for the technician's visit, but the customer waits 48 hours or more, the internet is very slow and when the customer complains they just say they are going to configure it but it remains the same , i'm without internet since monday today is 10/06 wednesday at 18:16 and until agr no technician knocked on my door. My neighbor also uses these services and tbm has no internet for 3 days this company including my family wanted to use I was against, because I am already getting rid of these services, if I'm paying I want a quality service, without inconvenience.
