★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero...total falta de compromisso, me passaram orçamento com a bomba depois falaram pra mim que estavam sem bomba passaram um contato de um terceirizado, disseram que o dia que ele agendasse era só avisar e ele iria naquele dia, liguei pra ele agendei tudo me sentindo uma secretaria dele e no dia que rapaz marcou ele disse podia nisso se passaram 20 dias. Fiquei sem o concreto e com a obra parada todo esse tempo, e ligando pra um e pra outro agendando......vê se pode você contrata um serviço e tem que ficar agendando com terceiros..e ainda te deixa na mão.
Zero ... total lack of commitment, they gave me a budget with the pump, then they told me they were without a pump, they contacted a contractor, said that the day he scheduled it was just to let him know and he would go on that day, I called him. everything feeling like his secretary and on the day that the young man marked he said he could do it for 20 days. I was without the concrete and with the work stopped all this time, and calling one and the other scheduling ...... see if you can hire a service and have to be scheduling with third parties..and still let you down.
