★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá pessoal.Nâo há o que reclamar.Quero só fazer uma pergunta,para os técnicos da Supernet,tirar uma dúvida.Meu roteador é um Tp Link de tres portas.Como eu uso as duas portas,eu gostaria de usar uma terceira .Eu as uso em tres receptores[decodificadores].A questâo é;Eu posso conectar um sweecth desbloqueado no roteador Tp Link?? Haverá perda ou queda de sinal por conta disso? É preciso configurar o sweecth na rede? É só.Obg.P.S; Do Esplanada. Obs;A terceira porta do roteador é usada pelo cabo de vcs.

as the name itself says super net is a super broadband internet I loved the service and the agility in the processes, I recommend I am a newcomer in the region and I did research for installation in the new residence and she was the one that I saw most recognition in the market, because before having headaches and problems i research everything.super recommend the super net.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho o que reclamar. Consigo assistir a filmes em 4k, jogar com ping abaixo de 60 muitas vezes, tenho uma velocide de upload aceitável, tudo isso com a qualidade da fibra ótica. Enfim, depois de anos saindo do monopólio da OI e migrando pra uma empresa que respeita o cliente. Estou extremamente satisfeito.
I have nothing to complain about. I can watch movies in 4k, play with ping under 60 many times, I have an acceptable upload speed, all with the quality of fiber optics. Finally, after years of leaving the OI monopoly and migrating to a company that respects the customer. I am extremely pleased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet no início era ótima. Agora eu não consigo assistir nem uma aula online que cai. Já entrei em contato várias vezes e o problema não é resolvido. Tem 2 semanas que eu n consigo entrar nem no Instagram que a internet cai. Aí disseram q tavam trocando os fios por fibra ótica, mas parece q n tem fim. Perguntei novamente, nem responderam. Este mês pago e tô trocando, pois acho uma falta de respeito, já q eu sempre pago minha conta em dia. Eu trabalho em casa e isso me fez perder muito trabalho, fora as aulas q eu n consigo assistir. Por sorte eu tenho 4G da Tim tá dando mais vencimento do q o wifi.
The internet at the beginning was great. Now I can't even watch an online class that falls. I have contacted you several times and the problem is not solved. It's been 2 weeks since I can even get on Instagram that the internet goes down. Then they said they were exchanging the wires for optical fiber, but it seems that there is no end. I asked again, they didn't even answer. This month I paid and I'm changing, because I find a lack of respect, since I always pay my bill on time. I work at home and it made me lose a lot of work, apart from classes that I can't attend. Luckily I have 4G from Tim's giving more expiration than the wifi.

Muitas vezes eu não consigo assistir um vídeo no YouTube sem travar( porque a internet é ruim)
Of all the types of internet I've ever had, this was without a doubt the worst, I don't recommend it.
I often can't watch a video on YouTube without crashing (because the internet is bad)
