No dia da compra te atendem super bem, com belo sorriso no rosto.
Quando vai efetuar troca, te tratam com desdém, igual lixo.
E ainda por cima não mostra todas as opções.
Uma vergonha. Eu e meu namorado não voltamos nessa loja mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é ótima mas atendimento é péssimo. Fui com meu namorado a procura de um öus imigrante VERMELHO, porém fomos atendidos com super má vontade, por um cara mal educado. Como na loja só tinha o tênis no modelo AZUL, meu namorado decidiu experimentar (como qualquer pessoa normal) pra ver se ia gostar do tênis. Ele não gostou e agradeceu o atendente (mesmo com a falta de interesse dele de nos atender), porém o mesmo começou a questionar e a nos tratar com desdém, basicamente alegando que entramos na loja só para gastar o tempo dele.
Ja comprei inúmeros tênis la, mas depois de hoje nunca mais volto.
The store is great but service is terrible. I went with my boyfriend looking for a RED immigrant, but we were met with super bad will, by a rude guy. As the store only had shoes in the BLUE model, my boyfriend decided to try them on (like any normal person) to see if he would like the shoes. He didn't like it and thanked the clerk (even with his lack of interest in serving us), but he started to question and treat us with disdain, basically claiming that we went into the store just to spend his time.
I've bought countless sneakers there, but after today I'll never come back.

Costumo avaliar mal quando acontece algo desagradável mais de uma vez, a primeira vez que comprei um tênis da vans neste loja, pedi para experimentar por que costuma ser forma pequena e fiquei com receio de ficar apertado.
O atendente me disse que só pegaria o tênis caso eu levasse, segundo ele a maioria das pessoas experimentam e depois compram pelo site pelo fato de ser um pouco mais em conta, sendo que temos o direito de experimentar todos os tênis sem obrigação de comprar.
Hoje um outro atendente impaciente, ríspido e com falta de preparo me atendeu, 0 paciência, por que eu estava indecisa para escolher a estampa da blusa, alterou a voz perto dos outros colegas de trabalho, infelizmente percebi que nesta loja a maioria dos funcionários trabalham somente por obrigação, e acham que o cliente é obrigado a comprar o produto, quando eles percebem que você está somente olhando eles te tratam com indiferença e sem paciência nenhuma.
Chateada, por que não é a primeira vez, não volto mais!
Awkward situation!
I tend to misjudge when something unpleasant happens more than once, the first time I bought a sneaker from the vans at this store, I asked to try it on because it is usually small and I was afraid of getting tight.
The attendant told me that he would only pick up the sneakers if I took them, according to him most people try them on and then buy them on the site because it is a little more affordable, and we have the right to try all sneakers without having to buy them.
Today another attendant, impatient, harsh and lacking in preparation, answered me, 0 patience, because I was undecided to choose the print on the blouse, changed his voice next to the other co-workers, unfortunately I realized that in this store most employees work just out of obligation, and they think the customer is obligated to buy the product, when they realize you're just looking they treat you with indifference and no patience at all.
Upset, because it's not the first time, I won't be back!

Acho que o atendimento de alguns (não todos os funcionários) poderia ter uma postura diferente.
