Chegamos no Restaurante por volta das 20:40hrs pedimos o rodízio p/2 pessoas no valor de R$90,00.
Foi confuso pois as louças eram sem contexto nenhum com um restaurante "japonês", pratos de sobremesa coloridos e tive que levantar pra pegar o recipiente menor de shoyu por que não me havia sido oferecido.
Da foto anexada dá pra ter uma idéia do padrão do que é servido por lá, os peixes não são cortados e sim ralados, minúsculos. E os quentes, são gordurosos como vi outras pessoas avaliando.
Eram 21:10 da noite e quase nada havia nos sido servido devido a demanda e apenas 2 colaboradores servindo e 2 sushiman preparando, e uma mulher veio nos entregar esse papel nos avisando o nosso tempo de permanência (o que é correto devido ao decreto, e respeitariamos de qualquer forma).
Achei um desrespeito, poderia ter um aviso colado já na mesa ou uma pessoa avisar ao entrar. Agora, da forma que foi kkkk desprezível a organização.
Mas a decoração dos pratos e simpatia do garçom (que nada tem a ver com a lastima organizacional do lugar) ganharam as 2 estrelas.
Outrageous Experience! I should have come here on google before going to meet them, so many people with negative experiences I wouldn't have gone.
We arrived at the restaurant around 20:40hrs and ordered a rotation for 2 people, costing R$90.00.
It was confusing as the dishes were without any context with a "Japanese" restaurant, colorful dessert plates and I had to get up to get the smaller container of soy sauce because it hadn't been offered to me.
From the attached photo you can get an idea of the pattern of what is served there, the fish are not cut but grated, tiny. And the hot ones are greasy as I've seen other people evaluating.
It was 9:10 pm and almost nothing had been served to us due to demand and only 2 employees serving and 2 sushiman preparing, and a woman came to give us this paper telling us our length of stay (which is correct due to the decree, and we would respect it anyway).
I thought it was disrespectful, there could be a notice pasted on the table or a person notifying when entering. Now, in the way that the organization was despicable kkkk.
But the decoration of the dishes and the friendliness of the waiter (which has nothing to do with the poor organization of the place) won 2 stars.

Nesta terça-feira 03/08/2021, fiz o pedido via WhatsApp as 17:50, me informaram que as entrega seria após as 20:00, somente entregaram as 21:40, foi quando começou estragando minha noite e a noite de minha família pedido errado com nome de outro cliente na comanda e outro endereço, temaki veio errado e tudo horrível e muito frio parecia que foi feito no dia anterior, não me avisaram que não viria shimeji e mandaram um yakisoba horrível sem nem perguntar ao menos para o cliente se eu aceitaria, após reclamações me enviaram mais 2 temaki tentando corrigir o erro mas infelizmente não conseguiram.
Me senti lesado como se tivesse perdido 160,00 reais e ainda me falaram que tentariam me recompensar, realmente perdemos o apetite.
Me responderam imediatamente e me pediram desculpas mas não justifica e nem arruma tantas falhas.
O melhor é não comprar mais, já não é a primeira experiência ruim no Sushi Love.
Extremamente insatisfeito.
It used to be very good, now it's disappointing!
On Tuesday 03/08/2021, I placed the order via WhatsApp at 17:50, they informed me that the delivery would be after 20:00, they only delivered at 21:40, that's when it started spoiling my night and my night. family ordered wrong with the name of another customer in charge and another address, temaki came wrong and everything was horrible and very cold it looked like it was made the day before, they didn't tell me that shimeji would not come and they sent a horrible yakisoba without even asking the customer if I would accept, after complaints they sent me 2 more temaki trying to correct the error but unfortunately they couldn't.
I felt aggrieved as if I had lost 160.00 reais and they even told me they would try to reward me, we really lost our appetite.
They answered me immediately and apologized but it doesn't justify or fix so many mistakes.
The best thing is not to buy more, it is not the first bad experience at Sushi Love.
Extremely dissatisfied.

The boat is delicious, but not worth it if you only get one food every 30 minutes...when I called the waitress, she ignored us several times...everyone sitting at their table looked frustrated and many people just stood up and left. We waited 45 minutes (sitting in the middle of the room...so crazy!) for our drinks alone (two cokes). Everyone was angry..I've been here 3 times, and each time...we paid full price for food that even when asked for, never came. Not worth it. Don't recommend.
