EU FIQUEI NO PREJUÍZO. ENVIEI MENSAGEM PARA A CENTRAL E ELES DA UNIDADE DE CABO FRIO INSISTIRAM EM DIZER QUE ENVIARAM! NÃO PEÇAM!!!! FORA QUE OS ROLLS VEM TODOS EM CIMA UM DO OUTRO, UMA BAGUNÇA E O ARROZ SOLTANDO TODO.
 I'm just going to tell you one thing... DON'T ASK! I ORDERED 36 ROLLS + WHITEFISH SUSHI. INSIDE THE 36 ROLLS HAD HOT. THEY DID NOT SEND ME THE HOT OR THE WHITEFISH SUSHI. I WAS IN HARMFULNESS. I SENT A MESSAGE TO CENTRAL AND THEY FROM THE CABO FRIO UNIT INSISTED IN SAYING THEY SENT IT! DO NOT ASK!!!! OUTSIDE THAT THE ROLLS ALL COME ON TOP OF EACH OTHER, A MESS AND THE RICE DROPING ALL OVER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filial de cabo frio, atrasou mais de 2 horas, hot chegou gelado, arroz parecida um bloco tijolo e sem sabor, nao vi nenhum capricho. Não recomendo!
Dei 1 estrela pq nao tem opcao de -0. Lamentável.
Cabo Frio branch, delayed more than 2 hours, hot arrived cold, rice like a brick block and without flavor, I didn't see any whim. I do not recommend!
I gave 1 star because there is no option for -0. Unfortunate.

Minha esposa é vegetariana e sempre temos dificuldade em achar combos especiais vegs. Pedi um Box salmão e Hot, incrível! E minha esposa o combo veg e Hot veg,melhor ainda! embalagem,temperatura e tempo de entrega perfeitos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Três horas de espera? E ainda colocam a culpa no motoboy. Se a empresa só tem 1 motoboy pra entregar na cidade inteira o erro não tá no entregador. Da loja a minha casa da 20 min com transito ruim, o rapaz fez em menos tempo e foi muito gentil.
Three hours of waiting? And they still blame the motoboy. If the company only has 1 motorcycle courier to deliver in the entire city, the error is not with the delivery person. From the store to my house in 20 min with bad traffic, the guy did it in less time and was very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior franquia do grupo Rão. Já tive experiências com o sushirão e a pizza do Rão de outros lugares e nunca decepcionaram, mas o sushirão de Cabo Frio é péssimo. Já fiz quatro pedidos e todos eu esperei de 3 a 4 horas pro meu pedido chegar, mais de 2 horas após o tempo estimado de entrega além da comida chegar fria. Foi o meu último pedido no sushirão de Cabo Frio, espero que melhorem.
The worst franchise of the Rão group. I've had experiences with sushirão and pizza do Rão from other places and they never disappointed, but sushirão in Cabo Frio is terrible. I've already placed four orders and I've all waited 3-4 hours for my order to arrive, over 2 hours after the estimated delivery time plus the food arrives cold. It was my last order at Cabo Frio sushirão, I hope they improve.
