No começo fiquei com receio, mas eles foram ótimos ao ponto de gerar segurança.
Minha tv ficou maravilhosa, de manhã pegaram em minha casa e a tarde entregaram pronta. Orçamento justo, bem detalhado pro cliente ver o valor de cada coisa, e pelo que está pagando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha tv ficou preta e eu só ouvia o som, liguei pra vários lugares e a Sutech foi a única que veio até a minha residência, abriu o televisor e consertou por um preço justíssimo. A gentileza do Felipe me mostrando e explicando cada passo que fazia e cada peça que mexia, a educação(tb, não estamos falando somente de um técnico e sim de um jovem engenheiro) com que me tratou todo o tempo me tranquilizou. Após o término do conserto, a minha televisão ficou maravilhosa, o preço foi bem mais baixo do que eu esperava e eu indico com a maior segurança de que essa é a empresa que vcs devem procurar se a sua televisão der algum defeito.

My TV went black and I only heard the sound, I called several places and Sutech was the only one that came to my house, opened the TV and fixed it for a very fair price. Felipe's kindness showing me and explaining every step he took and every piece he moved, the education (we're not just talking about a technician, but a young engineer) with which he treated me all the time reassured me. After the repair was completed, my television was wonderful, the price was much lower than I expected and I recommend with the greatest confidence that this is the company you should look for if your television has a defect.

Totalmente limpa, ficou novinha.
Trabalham bem, preço justo. Demorou um pouco mais de devido a encomenda de peças, porém sempre responderam bem quando perguntei, e a cada passo dado no conserto. Recomendo pelo preço, atendimento e honestidade.
They took care of me very well, the Maintenance was quick, they took it to my house, they delivered the TV better than it was.
Totally clean, looks like new.
They work well, fair price. It took a little longer due to ordering parts, but they always responded well when I asked, and with every step taken in the repair. I recommend it for the price, service and honesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em Outubro de 2021 a TV foi levada para conserto, com uma promessa de entrega em até no máximo 45 dias. Conforme o tempo passava as desculpas foram das mais variadas. Final de ano, Covid, loja sem luz, funcionários internados na UTI, rackers que roubaram a conta do WhatsApp (e a lista continua). Não estou afirmando que sejam 'desculpas' falsas, mas em todas tive paciência, acatei os novos prazos e novas promessas. Até que em meados de marco/abril me avisaram que não teria como consertar. De que o reembolso seria feito e a TV devolvida. Estamos na última semana de maio: não tive o reembolso e nem a devolução da TV. Nas últimas semanas nem respondem mais o WhatsApp. Ligar então? Perda se tempo. Não atendem. Simplesmente decepcionante.
Atualizando a reclamação: depois desta postagem a Sra Suelen entrou em contato comigo e disse que estariamos resolvendo o caso. Já passou mais de 1 semana e nem a loja e nem ela atendem ligação e respondem mensagens. Isso mostra como eles de fato querem resolver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grata a Sutech pelo atendimento e prestação no conserto da nossa tv que ficou 50% mais barata que em outros lugares, e com o dobro de garantia que é 6 meses.
Demorou um pouco pra chegar a placa por causa do feriado de Páscoa mas nada anormal e nem por culpa deles. A peca trocada foi essa da foto que é a placa principal que foi queimada por raio.

Grateful to Sutech for the service and service in the repair of our tv that was 50% cheaper than in other places, and with twice the warranty that is 6 months.
It took a while for the sign to arrive because of the Easter holiday but nothing unusual and not their fault. The replaced part was the one in the photo, which is the main board that was burned by lightning.
