★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz minha avaliação nessa unidade no dia 22/7/2017, fui muito bem atendido, o Dr Mateus Martinez me explicou tudo direitinho, fiz os testes nos equipamentos e depois do diagnostico pude ver o quanto eu pisava torto. Hoje posso dizer que valeu a pena, não sinto mais a dor no joelho e nem as pontadas no meio dos pés. Obrigado Pés Sem Dor
I made my assessment in this unit on 7/22/2017, I was very well attended, Dr Mateus Martinez explained everything to me correctly, I did the tests on the equipment and after the diagnosis I could see how badly I stepped. Today I can say that it was worth it, I no longer feel the pain in the knee or the stitches in the middle of the feet. Thank You Painless Feet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a segunda vez que agendo a avaliação esse ano, confirmo meu horario ( pois eles mandam pleo menos 3 mensagens via whatsapp e mais 1 email confirmando ) chego na hora marcada , tomo cha de cadeira e nao sou atendida. Total falta de respeito. Na primeira vez logo que cheguei disseram que estava com 1h de atraso ( poderiam ter me avisado com antedecencia ) e dessa vez quando agendei expliquei a situacao e mesmmo assim esperei 30 min e nao havia previsao de que horas eu seria atendida!!! Muita falta de profissionalismo e comprometimento. Ja agendei uma avaliacao com o concorrente ... porque nessa clinica ,jamais tentarei de novo.
It is the second time that I am taking this evaluation this year, I confirm my schedule (because they send at least 3 messages via whatsapp and 1 more email confirming) I arrive at the scheduled time, I take cha chair and I am not answered. Total lack of respect. The first time as soon as I arrived they said I was 1h late (could have warned me in advance) and this time when I booked I explained the situation and even waited 30 min and there was no prediction of what time I would be attended !!! Too much professionalism and commitment. Already scheduled an assessment with the competitor ... because in this clinic, I will never try again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de compromisso com cliente, e de ética profissional, uma vez que agendamos horário. É reforçado nas mensagens para não se atrasar, mas a clinica não procede com o mesmo comprometimento. Estou á 52 min aguardando e até agora. Vou aguardar 1 hora, o que é uma falta de respeito.
Lack of commitment to the client, and professional ethics, since we schedule appointments. It is reinforced in the messages not to be late, but the clinic does not proceed with the same commitment. I'm waiting 52 minutes and so far. I'll wait 1 hour, which is disrespectful.
