★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei um anel e aparador de noivado do meu marido, (que na época era noivo) e só tive problemas e dor de cabeça, meu marido coitado me deu como disse ele “pra me fazer feliz” mas a última coisa que fizemos foi ficar feliz, pois o anel ficou certo mas o aparador pequeno, não queriam trocar e ajudar a ficar no tamanho correto, demorou semanas até resolverem pois ameacamos entrar na justiça e pedimos o dinheiro de volta e não queriam devolver, toda a alegria de um noivado eles tentaram estragar, depois de conseguir a troca, o anel nem um mês de uso, já está descansando e ficando rosado, sendo q é prata a cor dele, disseram que é banhado a ouro branco, mas ouro branco só se for o chocolate, deixamos pra loja verificar o que podem fazer, e disseram que demora mais 3 meses só para a verificação, ou seja, já somos casados; uso aliança, é meu anel de noivado virou estatística, NÃO COMPREM NESSA LOJA !!!! ENGANAÇÃO, AS ATENDENTES DO JUNDIAI SHOPPING MENTEM, NÃO ACREDITEM NELAS, NA FERNANDA, LETÍCIA E NA GERENTE !!! COMPREM UM ANEL DE VERDADE EM UM LOJA QUE REALMENTE SE IMPORTA COM O FUNCIONÁRIO !!! VERGONHA
I got an engagement ring and trimmer from my husband (who was engaged at the time) and I only had problems and a headache, my poor husband gave it to me as he said “to make me happy” but the last thing we did was to be happy , because the ring was right but the trimmer was small, they didn't want to change it and help it get the correct size, it took weeks to resolve because we threatened to go to court and asked for the money back and they didn't want to return it, all the joy of an engagement they tried spoiling, after getting the exchange, the ring hasn't been used for a month, it's already resting and turning pink, and its color is silver, they said it's white gold plated, but white gold only if it's chocolate, we leave it for store to check what they can do, and they said it takes another 3 months just to check, that is, we are already married; I wear a ring, it's my engagement ring, it's become a statistic, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!! DECEPTION, THE ATTENDANTS OF JUNDIAI SHOPPING LIE, DO NOT BELIEVE THEM, FERNANDA, LETÍCIA AND THE MANAGER!!! BUY A REAL RING FROM A STORE THAT REALLY CARES ABOUT THE EMPLOYEE!!! SHAME
