★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido de duas crepes, e uma veio errado. Eu entendo que esse tipo de coisa pode acontecer. Entrei em contato com o restaurante e disseram que me substituiriam o item pelo correto. Aguardei por 45 minutos e não chegou. Retornei a entrar em contato com o restaurante, e não obtive mais resposta. Não recebi o item correto, o que ocasionou o fato de ela não ter o que comer, pois o item recebido ela não come. Péssimo atendimento ao cliente.
 I ordered two crepes, and one came wrong. I understand that this kind of thing can happen. I contacted the restaurant and they said they would replace the item with the correct one. I waited for 45 minutes and it didn't arrive. I returned to contact the restaurant, and got no response. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui super mal atendida por um funcionário muito mal educado que não sabe ouvir o cliente e ainda por cima foi grosseiro. Me serviu uma salada horrorosa, toda misturada e com uma manga que parecia mais um creme de tão passada. Ao final fui falar numa boa que a salada nao ia dar, ele ao invés de ouvir minha reclamação, só repetia “tá bom senhora, tá bom senhora”... uma falta de educação e respeito.
Uma pena, pq sempre vou almoçar aí e sou super bem atendida por uma funcionária muito educada e eficiente. Mas esse garoto realmente vai me fazer não voltar mais.
Today I was very poorly attended by a very rude employee who does not know how to listen to the client and on top of that he was rude. He served me a horrible salad, all mixed and with a mango that looked more like a cream of so old. In the end I went to talk about a good thing that the salad was not going to do, he instead of listening to my complaint, just repeated “ok lady, ok lady” ... a lack of education and respect.
Too bad, because I always have lunch there and I am very well attended by a very polite and efficient employee. But this boy is really going to make me not come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei na Unidade no dia de hoje e a atendente usava uma roupa "tipo sutiã", totalmente alterada, xingando sozinha e falando muito alto. Logo ela percebeu que eu estava olhando para ela e começou a me encarar e cantar músicas terríveis. Me atendeu de forma péssima! Aprendam a selecionar melhor seus funcionários! A unidade tem de tudo para ser incrível!
I arrived at the Unit today and the attendant wore a "bra-like" outfit, totally altered, cursing to herself and talking very loudly. Soon she realized that I was looking at her and started staring at me and singing terrible songs. Served me in a bad way! Learn to better select your employees! The unit has everything to be amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou apaixonada pelo ambiente e pela comida, mas infelizmente não tem condições de continuar com apenas um funcionário para atender. O mesmo funcionário para ficar no caixa, preparar a comida, anotar o pedido, atender telefone, servir, é impossível dar conta. Acaba ficando com um péssimo atendimento e muito demorado.
I'm passionate about the environment and the food, but unfortunately I can't continue with just one employee to serve. The same employee to stay at the checkout, prepare the food, take the order, answer the phone, serve, it's impossible to handle. It ends up with a very bad service and very time consuming.
