★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO LUGAR! DEVOLVERAM A CACHORRA ERRADA E A MINHA CHEGOU MANCANDO!!!!!!!! Pedimos banho com leva e traz, ja que normalmente trabalho até tarde durante a semana. Por uma graça de Deus cheguei cedo hoje e percebi a fatalidade num horário em que o local criminoso ainda estava aberto e ates de entrar o feriado (já que amanhã é Corpus Christi) e pude "destrocar" os animaizinhos. A moça que trabalha em casa não percebeu, já que as cachorras eram da mesma raça e parecidas.
PESSIMO PLACE! THE WRONG DOG RETURNED AND MY ARRIVED LIMBING !!!!!!!! We ask for a bath with a lift, as I usually work late during the week. By the grace of God, I arrived early today and realized the fatality at a time when the criminal place was still open and before the holiday came (since tomorrow is Corpus Christi) and I was able to "destroy" the animals. The girl who works at home did not notice, since the dogs were of the same race and similar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes no trato com seus pets. Tenho um chow-chow e não é qualquer um que se dispõe a dar banhos em chows. O Fábio tem além de jeito e técnica, coragem para conquistar a confiança do cão. Não é necessário o uso de focinheira, o cão não fica stressado e o resultado do banho é excelente!! Passando para a tosa-trim, o Edson é especializado na raça. Conhece as formas e é excelente o resultado. Considero o melhor pet-shop da região... Custo-benefício justo e atrativo.
Excellent in dealing with their pets. I have a chow-chow and not everyone is willing to bathe in chows. Fábio has in addition to skill and technique, courage to win the dog's trust. It is not necessary to use a muzzle, the dog is not stressed and the bath result is excellent !! Moving on to the trim-trim, Edson specializes in the breed. He knows the shapes and the result is excellent. I consider the best pet-shop in the region ... Fair and attractive cost-benefit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei o meu cachorrinho para banho e tosa e ele voltou todo machucado. Teve hemorragia ocular por um trauma causado durante o banho. Não recomendo a ninguém. Estou tomando todas as providências para que isso não volte a acontecer com outro Pet.
O pior é que aceitei aguardar fora da loja por conta da COVID. Eles não permitem a permanência dentro da loja provavelmente devido ao tratamento violento.
I took my puppy for a bath and grooming and he came back all hurt. He had eye bleeding from trauma caused during the bath. I don't recommend it to anyone. I am making all the arrangements so that this does not happen again with another Pet.
The worst thing is that I agreed to wait outside the store on behalf of COVID. They do not allow to remain inside the store probably due to the violent treatment.

Too bad. My dog was hurt in the hygienic grooming. He left there bleeding. Never!!
