★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei ontem para utilizar o serviço deste pet shop, mas infelizmente não teve bom atendimento. Aliás o dono já tinha cancelado meu agendamento. Contudo cheguei meia hora antes do horário para não atrasar, chegando lá já tinha cancelado meus horários sem a permissão do cliente. Se não sabem utilizar o Google para divulgar seu pet shop nem use, pq é muito chato vc marcar online e chegando lá não tem vaga para banhar e Tosar meu cachorro. Sem nenhuma estrutura para garantir a comunicação dos clientes, primeira vez que fui e já fiquei desconte.
 I booked yesterday to use the service of this pet shop, but unfortunately it did not have good service. In fact, the owner had already canceled my appointment. However I arrived half an hour before the time to not be late, arriving there I had already canceled my hours without the client's permission. If you don't know how to use Google to advertise your pet shop or use it, because it's very annoying that you book online and when you get there you don't have a place to bathe and groom my dog. With no structure to guarantee customer communication, the first time I went and I was already discounted.
