★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se estivesse disponível a opção de avaliação “Zero” estrelas seria a minha escolha.Visto que, desde a realização da minha compra no site deles em 2019 e posteriormente,o aviso sobre não reembolso de um serviço não realizado pelos mesmos.É insatisfatório e decepcionante. Se justificar a um decreto sancionado para não reembolsar aqueles prejudicados,é falta de profissionalismo e compromisso com o consumidor.Além disso,desde então procuro contato com a empresa e sem sucesso com as mesmas respostas como um correspondente eletrônico praticamente um spam na resposta deles.E quando tento outra alternativa a opçãoc chat no site deles,para minha surpresa informa que meu email não está cadastrado… o próprio email que eu entrei na minha conta pelo site deles.Resumindo, sem fundamento.
