★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo médico mas infelizmente depois de 4 anos, tive uma péssima experiência. Era a primeira da tarde e cheguei pontualmente. Passaram um mulher mais velha na minha frente porque ela chegou antes (não era meu problema, afinal, eu cheguei no horário), já aconteceu outra vez mas enfim, não questionei e aceitei. Geralmente pego a guia do exame e marco consulta para ver os resultados e se está tudo ok. Meu horário era 14h e fui atendida por volta das 14:45 +-. O dr me atendeu super rápido e já se levantou para abrir a porta. Quando pedi a guia para o próximo exame ele disse que eu pegaria na consulta. Expliquei que ele sempre entrega antes para eu levar os resultados, assim não faltava tanto no serviço. Ele disse que estava atrasado (isso não é problema meu porque eu cheguei no meu horário, ao contrário dele que atrasou) e que eu poderia mandar whats que a secretária deixava pronto. Falei com a secretária e ela tentou duas vezes falar com ele mas me informou que ele não faria.
Fiquei extremamente decepcionada, pois por falta de vontade ele não forneceu. A consulta nao demorou 5 minutos, mas o convênio pagará por uma consulta inteira. Precisarei trocar de médico por causa desse descaso que aconteceu.
Great doctor but unfortunately after 4 years I had a bad experience. It was first in the afternoon and I arrived punctually. An older woman passed in front of me because she arrived earlier (it wasn't my problem, after all, I arrived on time), it happened again but anyway, I didn't question it and I accepted. I usually take the exam guide and schedule a consultation to see the results and if everything is ok. My time was 2pm and I was attended around 2:45+-. The dr answered me super fast and already got up to open the door. When I asked for the guide for the next exam he said I would pick up the appointment. I explained that he always delivers beforehand so I can take the results, so I didn't miss a lot in the service. He said he was late (this is not my problem because I arrived on time, unlike him who was late) and that I could send whats the secretary left ready. I spoke to the secretary and she tried twice to talk to him but informed me that he would not.
I was extremely disappointed, because for lack of will he did not provide. The consultation did not take 5 minutes, but the insurance company will pay for an entire consultation. I will need to change doctors because of this neglect that happened.
