Comecei a treinar na Hagnos só pra sair do sedentarismo, e foi a melhor decisão que já tomei, tem os melhores kiosanins , onde eles com muita paciência e dedicação te fazem uma pessoa melhor. Tanto pra sair do sedentarismo ou se tornar um atleta , eles te darão apoio pra alcançar o que deseja , sem falar que o valor é o menor da cidade.

It is more than a sport, here it becomes a family.
I started training at Hagnos just to get out of sedentary lifestyle, and it was the best decision I ever made, it has the best kiosanins, where they with a lot of patience and dedication make you a better person. So much to get out of a sedentary lifestyle or become an athlete, they will support you to achieve what you want, not to mention that the value is the lowest in the city.
