Ótimo ambiente e estrutura. Professores sempre muito atenciosos e capacitados para ensinar e ajudar!

After almost 5 years without training in jiu jitsu, I chose Alliance to practice again. I paid a visit and was very well received by Lois and the next day I started training.
Great environment and structure. Teachers always very attentive and qualified to teach and help!
