Fiz um pedido de itens variados e 03 itens não foram entregues como pedi. Um deles, voltei presencialmente para trocar. Outro, por motivo de tamanho e peso, estou penando até agora para que eles façam a troca, sempre falhando em entregar no prazo combinado. Prejuízo na finalização da obra.
Não atendem o telefone, e demoram para responder no whatsapp.
The face-to-face service is good, but the after-sales service is TERRIBLE.
I ordered assorted items and 03 items were not delivered as requested. One of them, I came back in person to change. Another, for reasons of size and weight, I'm struggling until now for them to make the change, always failing to deliver on time. Loss in the completion of the work.
They don't answer the phone, and are slow to answer on whatsapp.
