★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento tive duas experiência, fui mal atendido quando fui retirar o material não Inha onde por o carro nas vaga para retirar o material então deixei na vaga da loja e não quiseram levar os cimentos q eu tinha comprado eu que tive q joga o cimento nas costa e levar até o carro
E olha que eles tem o carrinho para levar.
Ela não abrem aos sábados e abre aos domingos então espero que seja má vontade de funcionário que não gosta de trabalhar aos domingo porém cliente não tem culpa não tá satisfeito não pede pra ser mandado embora
 Bad service I had two experiences, I was poorly assisted when I went to remove the material. I couldn't put the car in the spaces to remove the material so I left it in the store space and they didn't want to take the cement I had bought I had to throw the cement coast and take to the car
And look, they have the cart to take.
It doesn't open on Saturdays and it opens on Sundays so I hope it's the unwillingness of an employee who doesn't like to work on Sundays but the client is not at fault he's not satisfied he doesn't ask to be sent away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, os vendedores sempre de cara fechada, e nunca estão dispostos a esclarecer dúvidas. Um vendedor fez maior cara de deboche quando perguntei se havia eletroduto de pvc elétrico. Nunca mais volto.
Terrible service, sellers always with a closed face, and are never willing to clarify doubts. A salesman made a face of mockery when I asked if there was electrical pvc conduit. Never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só falta ter um site para oferecer os produtos, os preços são razoáveis. Também não gosto que não abra logo aos sábados quando estamos em casa para resolvermos as coisas e fazermos as compras. Mas no geral eu gosto do lugar para comprar.
All that's left is to have a website to offer the products, prices are reasonable. I also don't like that it doesn't open straight away on Saturdays when we're home to sort things out and go shopping. But overall I like the place to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja com uma boa variedade de produtos, porém o atendimento é péssimo! Pouquíssimos funcionários. Te atendem com má vontade, talvez pq estejam sobrecarregados... A loja é a única que abre aos domingos em Embu, portanto vão continuar lucrando! É uma pena! Mais um estabelecimento que se mantém apenas pela falta de concorrência ao redor!
Espero que o proprietário comece a ter uma preocupação com isso, atender bem o cliente é importante!

The store is the only one that opens on Sundays in Embu, so they will continue to profit! It is a pity! Another establishment that remains only for the lack of competition around!
