Inadmissível o que o entregador dessa empresa fez comigo.
Consequência? Comprei o produto pelo mercado livre na ' Hardfast informática e eletrônicos 'pra chegar ontem e até agora nada !!! Eu precisava utilizar pro trabalho hoje.
Ontem recebi uma ligação do entregador totalmente desnecessária provavelmente ele deva ser amador. Meu prédio tem zeladora, ele me ligou eu estava no meio de um reunião, avisei para tocar na zeladora, não contente ele me ligou novamente dessa vez falando ríspido como se eu fosse obrigado a arrumar alguém pra receber o produto pois segundo ele a zeladora não atendia, eu informei que ele teria que tentar na zeladora e que eu não tinha outra pessoa pra receber que esta no trabalho, informei que não dava pra falar mais e eu tive que desligar.
Ele me enviou mensagem pelo mercado livre , me chamando de mau educado e mais... Não consegui responder pois só vi hoje e não habilita pra resposta, nunca tive esse tipo de problema muito menos um entregar que nem pra fazer uma entrega serve. E mais, ainda envia mensagem xingando o cliente, só pode ser brincadeira isso.
Tenho o print da mensagem guardada caso vocês queiram ou fale que esse relato não é verdade.

Inadmissible what the delivery person from this company did to me.
Consequence? I bought the product on the open market on 'Hardfast Computers and Electronics' to get it yesterday and so far nothing !!! I needed to use it for work today.
Yesterday I received a totally unnecessary call from the delivery man, probably he must be an amateur. My building has a janitor, he called me I was in the middle of a meeting, I told him to touch the janitor, not happy he called me again this time speaking harshly as if I had to find someone to receive the product because, according to him, the janitor doesn't I answered, I informed him that he would have to try the janitor and that I had no other person to receive who is at work, I informed him that I couldn't talk anymore and I had to hang up.
He sent me a message through the free market, calling me rude and more... I couldn't answer because I only saw it today and it doesn't qualify for an answer, I've never had this type of problem, much less a delivery that doesn't even work to make a delivery. And more, it sends a message cursing the customer, it can only be a joke.
I have the screenshot of the saved message if you want or say that this report is not true.
