Decepcionante Pela 4 vez a TAP não entrega a bagagem. Temos que aguardar que cheguem 2,3 dias depois Chegamos ontem e nos disseram que as malas seriam entregues hj. Bem, ja são quase 21h. Mais uma vez esperando! Infelizmente como tenho muitas milhas acumuladas , estamos tentando gastar, mas tem sido um DESPRAZER andar com a TAP. Devido ao grande volume de passageiros até entendo alguma perda de malas , mas pela 4 vez ! ?? E o pior , o serviço é ruim , informações desencontradas , não se tem com quem falar, telefone não atende. Apenas nos dão um e-mail e pronto! PÉSSIMO SERVIÇO! Parece que estamos pedindo favor!
disappointing For the 4 time, TAP does not deliver the luggage. We have to wait for them to arrive 2.3 days later We arrived yesterday and were told that the bags would be delivered today. Well, it's almost 9 pm. Waiting again! Unfortunately, as I have many miles accumulated, we are trying to spend it, but it has been a DISPLEASURE to walk with TAP. Due to the large volume of passengers I even understand some loss of bags, but for the 4th time! ?? And worst of all, the service is bad, mismatched information, no one to talk to, no answering phone. Just give us an email and that's it! POOR SERVICE! Looks like we're asking for a favor!

Não atendem ligações, quando atendem desligam sem qualquer explicação. Eu comprei a passagem parte com pontos e parte em dinheiro e não consegui aceder, no site, a etapa do pagamento, enquanto isso a TAP se apropriou dos meus pontos.
They don't answer calls, when they answer they hang up without any explanation. I bought the ticket partly with points and partly in cash and I was not able to access the payment step on the website, meanwhile TAP appropriated my points.

Compagnia di terzo mondo! Dopo aver cancellato un volo senza nessun preavviso ci ha letteralmente abbandonato in aeroporto a Lisbona senza nessun a informazione. Personale di terra maleducato senza un minimo di preparazione. Solo dopo 5 ore ci hanno consegnato dei voucher per pernottare in Hotel.Piu di una volta e dovuta arrivare la polizia in aeroporto per calmare gli animi. Pagato taxi per l hotel ed il ritorno in aeroporto. E per completare in bellezza ha cancellato il volo di ritorno di Pasquetta da Milano a Lisbona,offrendo una connessione via San Paolo per Fortaleza con un viaggio di 32 ore.contattato il call center Tap e dopo più di una ora e mezza mi hanno riprogrammato il volo dopo 2 giorni…Mai piu TAP.. Torno a volare con Air France!!!
Third world company! After canceling a flight without warning, he literally abandoned us at the airport in Lisbon with no information. Rude ground crew without a minimum of preparation. Only after 5 hours they gave us vouchers to stay overnight in the hotel. More than once the police had to arrive at the airport to calm the spirits. Paid taxi to the hotel and back to the airport. And to top it off, he canceled the Easter Monday return flight from Milan to Lisbon, offering a connection via San Paolo to Fortaleza with a 32-hour journey. I contacted the Tap call center and after more than an hour and a half they rescheduled my I fly after 2 days… No more TAP .. I'm flying back with Air France !!!

Comprei de 2 passagens e recebi a confirmação da reserva por e-mail, porem, teve um erro na emissão do bilhete e que entrasse em contato. Liguei para a Tap várias vezes aguardei por mais de 1 hora e meia, no final a ligação caiu... Descaso total com os clientes.
I bought 2 tickets and received the booking confirmation by email, however, there was an error in issuing the ticket and I had to get in touch. I called Tap several times and waited for more than 1 hour and a half, in the end the call dropped... Total disregard for the customers.

Fiz uma compra pela internet e estava errada. Preciso cancelar e fazer o estorno. Entro em contato com a TAP e nem me atendem. Ficam tentando me fazer trocar a passagem por um voucher. Não consigo cancelar a reserva mesmo sendo meu direito, de acordo com o código de defesa do consumidor cancelar qualquer compra pela internet em até 7 dias e receber meu estorno integralmente. Lamentável!
I made an online purchase and it was wrong. I need to cancel and refund. I contact TAP and they don't even answer me. They keep trying to get me to exchange the ticket for a voucher. I cannot cancel the reservation even though it is my right, according to the consumer protection code, to cancel any purchase over the internet within 7 days and receive my full refund. Unfortunate!

After my luggage was delayed to Fortaleza from Lisbon I got a phone number at the airport in Fortaleza to call for information about the luggage. I try to call on that number the reception at my hotel try to call. No one ever answer on that number. For me this is real real bad service. I got my luggage two days later.

Horrible customer support: For days already I am trying to rebook my ticket. As all the attempts to do that online failed due to some bug on TAP website I tried to reach them by all the possible channels: messenger, phone, emails, online forms. No response whatsoever. Is there actually somebody taking care of the customers in that airline?
