★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prestaram um bom serviço, o sofá que mandei reformar ficou muito bonito, mas o atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Várias vezes sem resposta ao enviar mensagem no WhatsApp durante o período que o sofá ficou com eles e recentemente, descosturou uma parte de um assento, mandei mensagem dizendo que não queria acionar a garantia de 1 ano, e pagaria pelo conserto, já que pode ter sido provocado pelos meus filhos, e desde 02/12/2021 estou sem resposta (hj é 09/04/2022).
They provided a good service, the sofa I ordered to be renovated was very beautiful, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Several times without a response when sending a message on WhatsApp during the period that the sofa was with them and recently, it ripped a part of a seat, I sent a message saying that I did not want to trigger the 1 year warranty, and I would pay for the repair, as it may have been provoked by my children, and since 12/02/2021 I have no answer (today is 04/09/2022).
