Very bureaucratic real estate, with no customer support (only pay attention until the date of signing the contract). Everything I need is slow, costly, and I often can't get information or support from them.

São incompetentes, não movem nenhum esforço para fazer cumprir com normas básicas de habitabilidade. Não são confiáveis e não é uma empresa onde se pode contar.

Escape from renting or buying property where management is carried out by this company.
They are incompetent, make no effort to enforce basic standards of habitability. They are not to be trusted and it is not a company you can count on.
Seriously, run away from this disastrous and disrespectful company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou do ramo da construção e moro num apartamento administrado por essa empresa. Vejo mensalmente serviços superfaturados, zero esforço em atender os moradores, má comunicação e um desleixo vergonhoso. E cobram caríssimo pelo péssimo serviço.
Gente da pior estirpe, qualquer funcionário prestativo e
que se tornar muito querido pelos moradores é trocado, querem manter o controle de tudo. Tratam moradores como se fossem sub-humanos, locatários então sequer podem receber os mesmos serviços dos demais apartamentos.
Se tiver escolha, fuja.
I'm in the construction business and live in an apartment run by that company. I see overpriced services on a monthly basis, zero effort in serving the residents, poor communication and a shameful negligence. And they charge a lot for the terrible service.
People of the worst kind, any helpful and
that becoming very well liked by the residents is changed, they want to keep control of everything. They treat residents as if they were subhumans, tenants then cannot even receive the same services as other apartments.
If you have a choice, run away.

Já liguei para a administradora Taquari mas não me excluiram ainda da lista. Espero que desta vez finalmente se encerre esse contínuo erro.
