★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio amplo, churrasqueira, salão de festas, espaço gourmet, sala de atividades corporais, sauna e piscina, que fica com sol no verão na parte da manhã e da tarde (sem sol apenas algumas horas próximo do meio-dia). Seria perfeito se o piso do play fosse uniforme: as juntas de dilatação são gigantescas entre as placas de cimento (sem necessidade) formando valas de 4 cm de largura ou mais.
Os apartamentos são amplos e bem arejados, mas sem varanda.
Large condominium, barbecue, party room, gourmet space, room for bodily activities, sauna and swimming pool, which is sunny in the summer in the morning and in the afternoon (without sun just a few hours around noon). It would be perfect if the play floor was uniform: the expansion joints are gigantic between the cement slabs (unnecessary) forming trenches 4 cm wide or more.
The apartments are spacious and well ventilated, but without a balcony.
