This gym is truly incredible! Amazing and Great training! Very technical and high level! I am from the USA ?? and Tata and Phillip Lima are very nice and humble very positive passionate coaches they truly care! The whole team is very nice and high positive energy as well! This gym is truly the gem of Rio and I highly recommend this place to anyone! Keep doing what your doing! I Will tell all my friends to come to rio and train here as well! Definitely pick this place to train! You will feel very welcomed and its a very positive place! Enjoy!
